Sweet potato and chicken sandwich

Does this looks like kaya jam?? hehe. its puree sweet potato! mummy use this as a 'sweet potato jam' for my mini cutie sandwiches!

The completed sandwiches below!

Look at the filling inside! RICH~

Here's the ingredient list:
1/4 sweet potato (baked)
15g minced chicken
2 slices of white bread
some water to thin the puree
Directions:
Washed the sweet potato under running water and poke holes around it with a fork.
Bake in a 200 degree celsius oven for 30mins with the skin on
cut into 4 parts and use only 1/4 of it for pureeing
add water to thin the puree if necessary
Cooked the minced chicken
Cut the sides of the bread and apply the sweet potato jam onto a single side of each bread
Spread the minced chicken onto one pc of the bread and join both bread together
Cut into preferred shapes or use a cookie cutter for this action
DONE!

Did jumpy like it? I find alicia's mouth sooo small. Like so hard to give her sandwiches...

yea she love it! she finishd them! lol. hmm i made these with those cookie cutter. mini ones. really very small..maybe 2cm diameter only! but jumpy dun usually put the whole thing inside. she will hold it n bite off a bit by a bit. even when she eat pancakes n biskuits, she does that too. biting a bit by a bit...

How much did jumpy eat altogether?

haven't seen any mini cookie cutters here. So far I haven't seen any cookie cutter I fancy. Been looking out for it but just dun like the designs...

Alicia also bites things bit by bit... then when it's small enuff she'd stuff the whole thing into her mouth. But now she's ill and hardly eats anything. :(

hmmm, daiso? I'll try to look for it at daiso next time...

2 slices? That's a lot of bread! So far Alicia's only managed to handle 1 slice. But she's not been bread-crazy for a long time already. Most of the time she eats 3 mouths then spit out and wants something else...
