Stir fried flounder/flatfsh

Mummy says this fish is TOO smelly to be cooked with my porridge n i hate it as well.. so she tried to make it delicious for me!

Ingredients:

flounder/flatfish fillet about 30g

egg yolk (beaten)

brown rice flour (any preferred flour)
Dip the fish fillet into the beaten egg yolk n then dip it into the flour and fry it lightly over medium fire on both sides until golden brown.

Mummy ate n she says its yummy! She plan to try this with grind up oatmeal powder next time!

How did you remove the odour? I just used her normal cod. I used whole wheat flour. Maybe she's not feeling well so she rejected it...

maybe whole wheat flour not fragrant also. u can try grind up oats if she like oats. there are a few methods to remove fish odour. some say use lemon juice but i personally feel its too acidic for babies. i use milk. just wash the fish, pour some milk in a plate n dip fish inside for bout 30mins(lesser also ok as long as its not fishy anymore) then rinse n cook. works great! cod smelly or not i dunno but flounder super smelly...

alicia sick??
