Oatmeal Fish Nugget

Ingredient:
15g flounder fillet (any fish u like. best to be white fish)
flour
beaten egg yolk(1/2 is more than enough)
grounded oats (or bread crumbs. u can use crushed up cornflakes or biskuits as well)

Directions:
Dip the fish fillet into flour and then dip into the beaten egg yolk. then dip into the ground up oatmeal powder and then shallow fry it. Careful not to break the fish!



Yummy!

lol does alicia has?? jumpy dosent like the crumbs! i gave it to her n she didnt like it.. so i peel off the skin n feed her only the fish n she finish up the fish.. i like the crumbs though. its not hard really. dunno y she dosent like it..but taste yummy.. oatmeal! hehe

No, I haven't given her this before becoz I always wonder how she deals with the crumbs. So just wondering if jumpy can handle the crumbs... :)

can try that. its easy to make. n good thing bout it is the fish is easier to hold as it dosent break easily.. i wanted to make it for jumpy as finger food so that she takes in the protein totally in case she dosent want her porridge halfway if i mix it in..
