New Year 2010

In japan we celebrate new year on 1st jan. we call it お正月(oshougatsu). we spring clean the house on 31st dec and then go to shrine on the 1st jan to pray. today we went and it was so cold! There were many ppl there as well.. very crowded(though it dosent look so in the photo above hehe). daddy met his fren and his fren's wife there and i receive お年玉(otoshidama-red packet) from them! hehe. i can use it to buy toys or snacks~

this shrine is just in front of tokyo tower. see tokyo tower behind?? mummy manage to take a teeny weeny bit of tokyo tower in the photo above lol
