Ingredients:
1 cup red bean
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 cups water
Directions:
soak red beans overnight inside the fridge with cold water (mummy soak the first thing in the morning when we wake up and put into the crockpot before she sleep around midnight)
drain the red beans and put into the crockpot with 4 cups of boiling water (Add only 3 cups if u like the soup to be thicker)
set to HIGH for about 1 hour then change to LOW and let it simmer overnight
Stir in sugar slightly before serving and let it simmer for a while more
