Cats "Mine~"

Recently when mummy says 'cat', i will say 'Mine~' instead of "meow~" lol. Mummy finds it funny n always try to get me to to 'mine~' hehe. BTW, in japan, dogs 'wang wang' just like chinese.. and i usually says 'wa wa' hee. wonder when i will be able to pronounce them nicely~

Mac's burger!

We were suppose to go to the zoo today but met a small car accident thus unable to go afterall.. after everything was settled, mummy went to buy macdonalds for all of our lunch and this is me eating burger in daddy's car! Hehe. Recently i likes macdonald burgers.. always trying to steal mummy's hehe

Tiny slippers

Daddy suggested mummy to buy me a pair of slippers so that i can wear to the balcony when daddy goes to smoke and when mummy dry her laundry.. so yesterday when mummy is at odaiba shopping with her fren, she manage to find me one pair hehe. She kept commenting at how cute it is cos it looks so TINY! its not easy to find shoes for me as i have very small feet... most designs that she saw are all so big.. luckily she manage to find this! Im actually wearing the smallest size there but then mummy says i will outgrow it soon thus she bought one size up. This is it! Cute? There is a band at the back to keep the slippers on my feet too. There are 3 colours (pink, purple n pastel blue)... mummy likes the pink one best but too bad there is no more stock for my size...

Daddy likes it too and keep saying its so cute! I can wear to the beach or downstairs too when the weather is warmer too! Hehe. i like this present! However, it cost mummy about sgd$30..

Playing Time!

Today mummy brought me to odaiba aqua city 6th floor to play with her fren and her son (my fren cum classmate). Her fren recommend her to the place. Its a big indoor playground and there is buffet and tables for us to enjoy our meals there. So while the kids are playing, the parents are able to slowly enjoy their meals. Of cos there are food for kids too. I had lots of fun! Esp with the balls! But... its soooooooo expensive! we spent about 1.5hrs there and paid about 2500yen! Its like.. sgd37.60! omg...

My Bath Robe!

I got this bath robe from daddy's fren when i was born but i wasnt able to really wear it and walk around with it since its too long for me and i wasnt able to walk previously anyway hehe. So mummy decided to let me walk around with it and take photos! hehe. How do i look with the robe? mummy says she is thinking of buying me new robe! hehe.

Omelette Hayashi Rice

We took this for dinner yesterday hehe. I ate a big big bowl of it! However, mummy didnt give me the egg.. only the hayashi chicken plus rice..

Anyway, the hayashi chicken rice is very easy to make.

Ingredient(serves 4 adults plus 1 toddler):

Half a big onion (sliced thinly)

300g of chicken fillet/breast (sliced thinly)

** Fry the above in 2 Tablespoon of oil till cooked, add in 900ml of water and bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15mins

Turn off the fire after 15mins and add the packet of hayashi sauce (can be bought at japanese supermarkets). Stir to dissolve and simmer again with low heat for about 10mins. Serve.

For the egg:

Heat the frying pan with oil/butter with high heat then add in the 2 beaten egg (add salt, pepper n some milk). Immediately, lower the heat to low and keep stirring the egg with chopstick for few secs and let it sit for another few secs to cook. Serve.

** U dun want the egg to be over cook or raw thus got to be very careful and watch the fire.

Shellie May (the disney bear)

Yi Po (Grandma's sister) bought me this bear from Disneysea when they came here for holiday earlier this month and I love it alot! Ive been bringing it with me anywhere i go in the house. Not too sure how long this will last though hehe. There is a male version of this with the name of Duffy and there are clothes, socks, shoes, hats n all for them as well! Of couse all those are sold seperately.. there are lot of designs and they all look so nice but mummy said its a waste of $ thus she didnt get them for me.. I want to buy new clothes for Shellie May the next time we go to disneysea! Mummy has agreed that if its not too expensive she will consider buying hehe. Yippee!

Mummy love this bear as well. She says 'her' eyes are very attractive due to the long long lashes hehe.

New Toy!

Its been ages since mummy last bought me a 'toy'.. today we went to kinokuniya after my shichida lesson and mummy got attracted to this 'educational toy' at the kids section and decided to buy it almost instantly! Thats so unlike her! "She took almost 1 yr thinking whether to buy aroma oil for the house and have yet to decide! OPPS. SHhhh~"

Anyway, she didnt ask for my opinion and decided that this is a good toy for me. She seems to like it more than i do... But slowly, i grew to like it and cant stop playing at home! See my little hands in all the photos below??

This is billingual! Japanese n english.. and it comes with a book as shown in the photos below... I think i just enjoy pressing hehe. Mummy was so happy when i pressed 'apple' n i repeat 'apple' after that. its the first time i said 'apple' hehe. and then banana as 'nana' lol. Im slowly starting to talk!

French Toast Stick

Mummy haven been making french toast for me for many mths as i suddenly reject all bread few mths ago.. but recently i shown interest in mummy's bread everytime she eats so she decided tat she retry french toast today. As we were rushing for time to go to my music class, mummy made me the french toast so that i can self feed while she takes her shower n prepare to go out (save the time for feeding me breakfast). I love it and stuff a few pcs into my mouth very quickly. then mummy went to her shower. after she came out of her shower, i had stopped eating n threw them all onto the floor! She then try to feed me but i refused to open my mouth.. I had enough! (though i jsut took a few tiny pcs..lol) Guess its gonna be another few mths before mummy make me french toast again lol

Ingredient:

1 pc of plain bread

1 egg (beaten)

2 tablespoon of milk

1 tablespoon of powdered cheese*

some butter for frying

*As i love cheese, mummy replace the sugar with cheese. the original recipe should be sugar instead of cheese.

Directions:

Soak the bread into the mixture of beaten egg, cheese and milk

Heat the frying pan with some butter

Dry one side of the toast with high heat till golden brown then flip over and fry the other side with low-medium heat and cover the pan so that the heat goes into the bread easier

Check for doneness. When the other side is golden brown, its done.

Cut and let cool

Put into toaster if u like it more crispy (mummy put half into toaster )

Ah Ma's first tokyo trip(Sakura)

Mummy stayed at home to take care of me as im still having my fever and daddy brought ah ma and all to Ueno park to see sakuras.. According to them, the weather was freezing cold though it was not raining and there were simply too many ppl at the park.

Ah Ma's first tokyo trip (Asakusa Shrine and Tokyo Tower)

As i am still having my fever, i was very very grouchy during this trip to asakusa shrine and tokyo tower.. so mummy need to carry me so often till she complains bout her backache n legs hehe.

Ah Ma's first tokyo trip (Hakone)

Hakone is not in tokyo though hehe. We went there by romance bus ( a train) and took about 1hr 30mins in all. Took a train at 852am.. on the way there we manage to see mt fuji and took some photos of it. but weather got bad soon after we arrive.. so we didnt get to see mt fuji at all on our 2 days trip there! Nevertheless, the scenery was great. On the 2nd day, it just rained whole day... It was so freezing cold and i got a fever on the way back to tokyo.. not too sure if its due to the weather or im just over tired haha. I went to hotspring too! my first hotspring! Outdoor hotspring.. hehe.

Ah Ma's first tokyo trip (Disneysea)

We went to disneysea on the 3rd day of ah ma's trip. weather is worse than the day at disneyland.. queue was not any better too.. rather unlucky..

Ah Ma's first tokyo trip (Disney land)

We went to tokyo disneyland on the 2nd of ah ma's trip here. the weather was not good.. rain and rain.. very cold too! The worse thing... it happened that its also a spring holiday for schools and we didnt manage to get any rides because the queue is so super long! The waiting time for all rides are around 4hrs! just imagine.. 3-4hrs for those popular rides and 1hr for those kiddy rides or boat rides.. so end up we only took boat rides... Poor xinyi yiyi... came all the way here yet nothing for her to play... Next time better choose to go on a non school holidays.. the last time mummy went with her fren in mid jan, there is no queue at all for almost every ride! the longest queue was only 30mins... hai~

Ah Ma's first tokyo trip

Ah ma (mummy's mummy) came to tokyo on the 28th and flew back today (5th). Its almost her first trip overseas (she has been to places like penang, genting, bangkok donkey yrs ago though). Ah ma came with her younger sis (my yi po), yi po's fren and my xinyi yiyi. As our house is too small, we can only accomodate ah ma n xinyi yiyi so yi po n her fren got to stay in a hotel.. We went to alot of places and was so super tiring.. i fell sick! Got a fever on thursday when we were on the way home from Hakone..(went there on a 2 days 1 night trip). Not sure whether i caught a cold while enjoying the outdoor hotspring or im simply too tired..But ive recovered and back to my usual cheerful self today! Mummy is still feeling very tired though. she said she dosent talk much here and this whole week, she feels she has talked more than what she did for at least 1 yr here! LOL. Ah ma, yi po, xinyi yiyi n yi po's fren dosent know japanese at all so mummy has to be their translator for everything that they want to know.. not an easy task as she has only 1 mouth! n she needs to take care of me.. esp difficult when i was sick n grouchy...

We went to nearby to shop on the first day, disneyland on the 2nd day, disneysea on the 3rd day, Hakone on the 4th and 5th day, Asakusa Shrine and Tokyo Tower on the 6th day, Shibuya on the 7th day and Ueno park for sakura viewing on the 8th day (i didnt join as im sick and daddy suggest mummy stay at home with me). Actually mummy plan to bring them to a few other places but its simply too rush. No time for those!

Weather was rather bad.. esp the Hakone trip.. it rained from evening on the first day and rained the whole day on the 2nd.. so we cannot get a view of mt fuji.. but luckily we saw it on the way there in the morning. though its just a few mins.. still its better than nothing! hehe.

Luckily we went early.. If not we wont be able to see anything since it became cloudy around 10am...

Ah ma kept complaining of the cold at first but slowly she seems to get used to it. Her nose was so bad the first 2 days hehe. We took alot of photos with sakura too (that's their purpose here! lol).

Took plenty of photos but mummy is too tired to upload today.. shall continue with the uploading another day! hee.
