Felt World Map

A Japanese felt world map which mummy bought in toy r us during a clearance sale. selling only at 489yen! super cheap thus mummy is super happy with this purchase hehe. so am i! Mummy is planning to put this up on the wall of my new bedroom but till now, its not up! im looking forward to it being up on my bedroom's wall!

Sakura!

This year`s sakura blossomed rather late. About a week later than usual (end of march). Today, we saw a beautiful sakura tree downstairs thus took a few photos hehe. By right, at this time, we should be living in our new house which has a sakura tree garden... we cant see it this yr.. so have to wait till next yr to enjoy the whole big garden with sakura trees in our new house! Daddy has been saying that he is thinking of going to see the sakura trees at the new house.. Wonder if we can get to see it this weekend?? hmm...

Temp house

We moved to a temp house on the 30th mar while waiting for our new house to be ready for moving in (details here http://jumpy-ourpreciousprincess.blogspot.com/2011/04/goodbye-house.html )

This temp house is at a very convenient location though its a little bit older compare to our previous house (its not old but our previous house is brand new thus cant really compare hehe). Its a little bigger(83m sq) than our previous house (66m sq) and it has 3 rooms while our previous house has only 2. the house itself is just ok though more spacious. But the location is really excellent! Very very convenient..

There is one thing i love about this house though. its for Rocco! lol. There is this small little window that allows rocco to walk in and out of the living room door even if its close. (as shown above). I tried using that door but its way too small for me! lol

Goodbye house...

On the 30th mar, we moved out of our house in Brillia Mare Ariake... Mummy loved that house alot.. i love it alot too! Mummy asked me to say bye bye to our house but i told her 'no! i want house!' lol. Mummy says.. we stayed there since i was 5mths old.. so there is a lot of memories in that house.. my first solid food, the first time i crawled, walked n all.. she almost cried when we left!

We were suppose to move out on the 18th mar to the condominium beside (sky tower) but due to the big earthquake on 11th mar, the move is delayed to further notice so we got to look for a temp house to move to for the time being as our house is sold to a new owner and they will be moving in within mar...so we rented a temp apartment at shiomi. its a nice place. near station (in fact its just beside the station!) n there is a supermarket beside the station and also my fav macdonalds! hehe. we have been eating mac rather often ever since we moved here..

The move was tiring.. we settled down in our temp house only around 930pm and went for dinner only then! after dinner, mummy made me sleep... n tat was already 130am! i didnt manage to take a nap tat day at all as we were busy moving... so tiring! i usually sleeps around 930pm!!! LOL anyway im liking my new house too hehe.

Fun at bornelund (kid o kid)

Yesterday mummy brought me to a big play land at minami funabashi lalaport. we arrived there around 12pm n left the play land only at 6.30pm! lol. in between, we went to have lunch n i took a 30mins nap.. i had so much fun that i do not want to leave even at 6.30pm! hehe. Mummy, lets go there again soon!!

Ps: while mummy is typing here, there was a strong earthquake which lasted quite long... M7.4 n there is tsunami alert for some area at the north (only 1 m though). alot of after shocks after the big earthquake on 11th mar... sigh...

Big crisis in japan..

2 weeks ago(11th mar)at 2.46pm, there was a 9.0M earthquake in japan (tohoku) area (northern japan) n it triggered a tsunami of over 15 metres causing a lot of destructions n lives...as of now, the total estimated deaths n ppl missing amounts to around 27,000ppl...many ppl lost their houses and loved ones in this disaster... It was a really scary experience. Mummy n me were at hm snacking away when the earthquake strucks. Im not sure if i should consider us lucky or unlucky because we were downstairs buying snacks n just 2 mins after we are back home, this happened.. It was the strongest n longest quake mummy n daddy had ever experinced in their lives.. Thinking back, it still sends a chill down their spine... As we were on the midst of moving, there are a lot of carton boxes at home (stacked up) and they toppled down during the quake. One full length mirror in daddy's study rm toppled down too. Luckily it was not broken... I was do scared, hugging mummy tightly and kept repeating 'no more no more!'(telling the quake to stop). We stays on the 20th floor so the shake was really scary! During the quake, we saw thick smoke coming out from one of the building near our house! It was a scary sight....

Soon after the tsunami, the nuclear reactor in fukushima exploded! One disaster after another... Most foreigners living here escaped back to their own country and mummy's friend has been asking us to go back too.. Mainly due to the radiation in the air in tokyo (the radiation in fukushima travelled to tokyo) but mummy is staying as the radiation here is not that high to cause any harm. Supermarkets r wiped cleaned! There is totally nothing in the shelves! Think everyone panic n started to stock up... Few days later, another plant exploded n the other was on fire. Radiation level rose n contaminated plants, milk, n even water!

We were planning to move on the 18th but due to this earthquake, the new house management called to delay the move as they need to make sure the building is safe and it might take as long as 1-2mths! But we have already sold our present house and the new owner is
moving in within this mth so we need to find a temporary house for the time being... It was really rushed as we dosent have enough time... Luckily, we managed to find one few days ago and we will be moving on the 30th mar...

Mummy says its the first time ever she have to worry bout the lack of food n water... Soon after the quake, we cant get any meat anywhere.. No toilet papers, tissue papers, cup noodles nothing! So when mummy finally see meat, milk n bread, she was so happy! Just being able to get bread makes her really happy... Guess most ppl cant understand this feeling...these few days, everyone is stocking up on mineral water as the water in tokyo is contaminated... Its difficult to find water here now n even when u do, u can get at most 1-2bottles (they limit the number of bottle u buy so there will be enough for everyone)

Just hope that this crisis will be over real soon...

Long Absence

Its been soooooooooooo long since mummy last updated my blog....simply cos of her stupid old pc... she cant open some url for some unknown reason n one of the url tat she is unable to open is MY BLOG! thats y she haven been updating... anyway now she is using daddys pc but there are no photos inside here so she cant update many things! Well, she will slowly transfer the photos here n then update this blog again soon!

Anyway we have been rather busy recently as we will be moving... AGAIN yes! hehe. this time, we are moving to the condo just beside ours.. reason being.. mummy wish that i can have my own rm n sleep by myself asap but there is not enough rm for me in this present house thus the move. but then we love this area alot thus dosent want to move far.. in fact we were looking at the same condo but too bad they are all occupied.. anyway, looking forward to the move but there is alot of packing, throwing, furniture hunting(for my rm mainly) to do! shall update again!
